How many times a year am I receiving a wine club allocation?

Your membership includes a quarterly allocation; Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall. You also have an option to receive the Holiday allocation in December for 2-4 Bottles of our coveted 1880 Old Vine Zinfandel. 

Can I gift a wine club membership?

YES! We offer a one year club membership to the recipient of your choice. Please call the wine club manager to arrange the details. 

Can I bring guests to the pickup receptions?

Pickup receptions are designed for club members only.  SCV membership includes admission for 2 members. PLUS and Heritage membership includes admission for 2 members plus 2 guests with an RSVP. 

I’m a ship member but I will be in the area around the time of release, can I pick up instead?

We can hold a shipment for pickup with prior arrangements. We ask you make arrangements at least two weeks before the scheduled ship date. 

Can I have my allocation shipped early or late?

Early or Late shipments can be arranged with the Wine Club Manager at least two weeks before the scheduled ship date. 

When will my credit card be charged?

We always send a reminder email two weeks before your card is charged. Typically the charge is one week before the shipment release date. Details are available on the current shipment link. 

I have too much wine! Can I skip an allocation?

We are more than happy to accommodate your requests to skip an allocation. We always encourage you to place a brief hold on your account, in lieu of cancelling. Please call and speak to our wine club manager about your specific options. 

I need to cancel my club membership, what do I need to do?

Saucelito Canyon Vineyards wine club membership is ongoing but may be cancelled at any time with notice after you’ve fulfilled two club shipments.  Please call or email to give cancellation notice.
